For this certification one has to clear the following modules.

This will add value to students of Manufacturing & Operations specialisation, who would like to take up employment with IT companies, consulting companies, large scale manufacturing companies, supply chain & logistics companies and so on. They must be engineering graduates.

CPIM programme is of APICS - The Association of Operations Management, Alexandria, Virginia, USA. Their associate, the Institute of Manufacturing Resource Management of India, located in Mumbai oversees the conduct of examinations in India.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
The APICS CSCP program is the only certification that encompasses the entire global supply chain. It covers a breadth of topics - globalization, logistics, supplier and customer relationship management, IT enablement, logistics, etc. It provides a thorough understanding of supply chain so employees can identify opportunities for improvement within a company. It sets the standard for supply chain certification and is accepted by leading companies worldwide. It is divided in to four modules within a single exam. By earning the APICS CSCP designation, one demonstrates significant commitment to supply chain management profession and career, distinguishes himself as an industry expert, and excels with newly acquired specialized knowledge.

Career Development Skills Programmes
Stratecent Consulting is authorised to run the Career Development Program(CDP) and its contents for Sadhana Centre of Management & Leadership Development(SCMLD). The CDP is a year long program designed, developed and run exclusively by Stratecent Consulting. Stratecent Consulting is a licenced facilitator for Imparta’s CCV Workshops. Imparta helps companies to achieve significant and lasting improvements in sales and marketing effectiveness, by combining researched content with a deep understanding of how adults learn, and how to overcome barriers to change. Imparta’s content is practical, researched and highly effective.

An “Achieve-U-Can” programme as a habit changing, self committed and, self disciplined daily practice oriented programme is being designed to be launched soon. This will be priced programme for volunteers who really want to achieve what they want to achieve.

First Aid, Resuscitation & Life Saving
This programme of 3 days duration conducted by Rashtriya Life Saving Society equips students with the skills of helping people in distress - victims of accident and other emergencies / disasters. It enhances confidence and the self worth of students to be of use to others. No additional fees required to be paid. All students and batches must undergo this training.

Systems Thinking
Using various tools including Stella software, the Systems Thinking programme - first of its kind in India in higher education - students undergo this 70 - 80 hrs instruction spread over the first three trimesters, to uncover the counter-intuitive world of systems. As a tool for collective inquiry and coordinated action, the purposes of Systems Thinking programme are to foster team learning and collaboration, tell compelling stories that describe how the system works, uncover the system structure behind problems, describe individuals’ own mental models and those of others about why the system performs as it does, test possible strategies against intended results and for unintended consequences, identify higher-leverage interventions. As a result, Systems Thinking enables our students to understand how organizations and other complex systems really function, change their own thinking to match the way such systems operate, change their behaviour so that they can work with these complex forces instead of against them to create what they deeply desire, develop greater appreciation for the impact of their strategies on others in the system, be aware of the impacts of time delays and the need to balance short-term and long-term objectives and strategies, anticipate unintended consequences of well-intentioned strategies and appreciate the power of holistic approach to problem solving. Together with vipassana meditation, pranayama and other processes of the institute and rigorous inputs in systems thinking, SCMLD students will commit fewer mistakes when it comes to decision making in life, career, relationships and profession. This can help in developing breakthrough vision for problem solving and proactive initiatives. This course is based on the principles of 'Learning Organisation' as propounded by Peter Senge of MIT, USA, who is trying to revolutionize the educational process in many schools in the USA. Along with the educational qualifications, it is important to develop the abilities to articulate, formulate the problems with all the interconnected & interdependent truths and solve them creatively. This training widens the holistic perspective of the students. This is provided to all students.

Certified Financial Planner of Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSBI), or any other which students desire, can be organized within the means of SCMLD as students’ development is the mission of the SCMLD.

Registration and exam fees and other costs associated with these programmes as applicable are to be met by the students. Instruction can be free from the institute. However Achieve-U-Can programme will be a priced one.

Evening classes for Certificate programmes viz. “Selling insurance products”, “Law & Policy - Real Estate & Housing”, “Retail Operations” for girl children from under privileged segment, “Applied Corporate Legal Environment” and “HR systems for People Motivation” etc. are being designed to be launched soon. All these will be priced programmes for working / non working people for employability
