The Programme Eligibility

1. Post Graduate Programme in Executive Leadership (PGPEL) (June 2012 to April 2013)

Eligibility: Graduates (10+2+3 years of education) in any discipline from any recognized university. Final year students awaiting results / appearing for exam also can apply provided they must fulfil eligibility conditions by July 2011 and produce testimonials. On successful completion of this programme, students can opt to enrol for the Advanced Programme stated below (batch 2012-13), or take up placement / pursue entrepreneurship as per their interest / aspiration / planning / capacity.

2. Advanced Programme in Executive Leadership (APEL) (June 2012 to March 2013)

Eligibility: Graduates with PGPEL of SCMLD or Post Graduate Diplomas like DBM or in any functional areas like Marketing, Finance, etc; CAs, CFAs or ICWAs, Bachelor Degree holders in Medicine or Law; or Graduates with 3 years work experience in Supervisory / Executive levels in HR, Marketing, Finance, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Family Business, Health Care or in NGOs, or Post Graduates in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Techniques / Mathematics, Law, Sociology, or Social / Labour welfare.

3. IGNOU MBA and Diploma Programmes, (2012 - 14)

Eligibility: a score of 40 percentile / percentage and above, in CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT, CET of any state government or OPENMAT of IGNOU obtained anytime during one year prior to July 2011 is a must. Also 50% marks in graduation is a must for MBA (45% for reserved category). Those who have less than 50% in graduation may pursue the Diploma in Management first and then PG diplomas in specialisations like Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc. Of IGNOU spread over 2012-14.
