Time management...

“Time cannot be stretched but we can stretch to our limits”. Excellence comes out of the extra stretch with no finishing point. One must be positively dissatisfied with one’s performance day to day and better it day by day. The +ve dissatisfaction is challenge and growth by choice. -ve dissatisfaction is frustration and stagnant existence out of no choice. Hence SCMLD’s emphasis on utilisation of time. We do not teach time management theoretically.

"To be distinctive one has to be determined to utilise time most effectively. Absence of distinction is a sure way to extinction. "

To develop professional competencies and emerge competitive with a winning edge with respect to career entry and also for career progress through delivering success to organisations, it is important to invest time rather than wasting it. Time wasted is life wasted. 30% of the time will go in formal learning inputs / processes including holistic health management. 30% must be utilised for self efforts towards acquiring and consolidating knowledge, skills, health and professional acumen. 40% only should be utilised for rest, relaxation, sleep and for all personal chores. This means a maximum of 14 hours and a minimum of 12 hours are to be invested for one’s own growth. If so no company can deny you an opportunity and no entrepreneur can fail.

This is why grumbling, excuses & accusations are not allowed at the institute. However we are very caring, considerate and compassionate when it comes to circumstances beyond the control of a student provided he / she is genuine, responsible, accountable, hardworking and purpose driven. One can contact the Director on mobile : 9850077733 in case of any personal problem or not being able to cope up.

During the course, inculcation of good habits, flushing out of dysfunctional attitudes, negativities and mental blocks are done alongside the various inputs.
