SCMLD is a caring institution but with a no nonsense approach. Therefore discipline is paramount. Excuses & accusations are not allowed. Discipline is the seed and success the harvest.

Value addition, value creation & offering value to the customers and community presupposes vision - the ability to see the unseen - and a passion converted into skillful &  competent actions to offer ones’ BEST. It can be achieved only by learning, doing and exploring the self, with persistence and perseverance.
